Hello fellow Office Managers and dental team members. Happy Holidays! I am going to need you to put down that oh so important Santa hat and take a deep breath! We are winding down at the end of this year hoping to complete all of our final goals and tasks. We all have patients on our mind. How many can we get it? What is the remaining insurance left? Can we please get that last kind patient in who needs treatment? Oh yeah…and is that paid on prep or seat date? Remember that together everyone achieves more. We all get through this busy time. Look to your left and right and you will see amazing team members to get you through this. Just a tip...be kind to yourself and forgiving. We can only do as much as our time allows.
