I love my job! I get to build things. You ask how? Well, I get to work with numbers, patients, employees, teammates and technology. I help my Dentist execute her plans and ideas for business. I didn’t know I liked building things until I started doing it. Numbers don’t lie. They will give you facts and directions. When they grow you grow. Pay attention to good months, weeks or days. They can help you capitalize on what you are great at. What makes you that unique, stand out type of office? I also like to push the numbers. I like to be very aware of the schedule and how to produce and make more of what is there. Management is being aware of all angles and seeing things before they happen. Planning is a big part of leading.
