5 Favorite things at the AADOM Conference

I recently attended the 2022 AADOM Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona .  I had so much fun and I wanted to share with you five things that I truly enjoyed about the conference along with some fun photos.

-Camaraderie-  When you get to hang out with the biggest group of fellow Managers who wouldn’t love it?  The amount of sharing and experiences is unmatched.  We support each other, talk and give each other ideas.  It’s the wealth of knowledge conference if you ask me.

-Fun- Somehow AADOM manages to create a happy vibe.  They create an environment in which you can learn and laugh.  It’s like they are thinking “we will give them a healthy dose of knowledge but also make it fun while doing so”.  From the beginning of the conference singing to having a Denim and Diamonds party.  So if someone tells you learning isn’t fun they haven’t joined AADOM!

-Vendors-  Yes, vendors are everywhere.  So much so that you have to take time to check them all out.  Every single time I come back from the conference I inevitably have a vendor that has something that will make office life easier.  Work smarter not harder.

-Speakers/Consultants- The speakers/consultants at AADOM are in a league of their own.  It is hard to pick each year what class to take.  You can’t go wrong no matter what you choose.  Should you have another team member with you then divide and conquer.  Take different courses.  You will come back with such a wealth of knowledge you will have to organize it all.  You don’t want to go back to the team and say everything at once.  That would overwhelm them.

-Charity-  I love that AADOM does Charitable work at the conference so while you are there you get to have such a positive feeling before even starting the conference.
