Change for the Better

Why change? Why not keep doing the same repetitive thing over and over again? Well, you can do that. Some may say that is the long way around. I love the saying “work smarter, not harder”. That just makes sense to me. What if when you went into work you picked something new to do? For instance we got a Trios scanner at work even though we could have kept taking impressions but isn’t that the long way around? I can’t imagine if we didn’t implement the Trios. It saves time for the team, less chair time for the patient and makes you more productive as an office and is overall a happier practice. It's an all around more efficient office. So my task for you would be try one new thing a month. Even try something a co-worker is doing because it may just save you time, leaving you more quality time to do another important task.
